GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders will be posted via Royal Mail 48h or any similar service but not least appropriate and secure delivery.
We always use a signed delivery service to ensure that your order is sent quickly and the most information is available if there is a postal delay.
If you are not there at the time of delivery, the mail carrier will notify you that a delivery was attempted and provide further information about how you can rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from their depot or nearest service point.
We would like to highlight that this part of the delivery is out of our control and we are unable to influence whether or not your item is delayed.

We are targeting to dispatch your order (all standard orders) in 48 hours after payment is received.
SPECIAL & LARGE ORDERS DISPATCH
For all non standard orders or large orders, we will contact you with estimated shipping terms if order preparation will take longer time. In order to provide some additional savings on shipping, we might split your order (where weight is over 2KG) to the multiple parcels or ship via alternative courier.
